    It is not that complicated

Make sure your administration password and log in is the "MAIN Admin"

the LDAP needs to parse form the top down of the tree, you cannot use a user for the admin password and login , it has to be the LDAP Server administrator, Not domain, or user the LDAP Server Administrator

Also, once this is done, your users will then auto populate to the ST CB as they login , there is no need to add users.

A tool to use (Freeware) for LDAP authetication is found here LDAP Browser/Editor

Use this to validate your credintial login, you can ten translate this down to the CN= , OU = and usch needed to log in

Okay, I've got the user sign on working.
I can't seem to edit users once they are in the 'list users' section.
I want to be able to assign them different privileges like dialing out, etc.
When I try, it says 'Error: Unable to change password for user soandso'.
      The change isn't made.
I can go to the default user settings and save a setting for all users, but I can't do it individually...Any ideas??

I list users, go into a user and uncheck, 'dial out allowed.
I click save and get the error message below.

Well You most certainly should be able to make the change, two areas of concern I see

            under the extension is +x4404

That does not look correct, it should be the extension number only or the DID

That may be tossing the system a issue.

The error itself may be the result of the bad format of the registered number.
