Purchasing User Extension Licenses

Is there somewhere we can go online to purchase User Extension Licenses? I have never had such a difficult time spending money. I have been trying to call our dealer, and even Shoretel directly several times over the past 2 days, and all I ever get is voicemail.

Odd. The only other way is to call another dealer I would think.

Yes, it is odd. And still no call-back. We would love to find another dealer in Texas (or anywhere we can just order over the internet or on the phone easily and quickly). Any suggestions?

True...you must go through your partner for adds, but if you get tired of waiting and want to change partners, give us a call. We aren't trying to steal a customer, but we will earn your business if we can! :-)

Plus, you have to be Enterprise support through CDW only as your Reseller
