I've just activated a license for an additional language so that I can assign a voicemail box that prompts in Spanish. Here's what happens:
1. If I login to the Spanish voicemail box ShoreTel prompts me in Spanish and all is good.
2. If I place a call that is routed to the Spanish voicemail box ShoreTel prompts me in English... Not so good.
Is this normal??? We are currently running ShoreTel 7.0
