  • manage multiple companies and log files

    We will be serving multiple companies on our system (leasing office space to them) and managing their phones.

    We will need a way to separate their calls from ours for billing purposes and also so we can identify high-cost calls (ie- 2 hours to Tokyo)- I assume this would be a log file issue.

    Any insight or suggestions appreciated.

        RMS Telecomm sells Call accounting software that supposedly integrates nicely with a Shoretel System...

          We have installed a system for a customer that does tenanting. They chose to hand out account codes to be used for long-distance / international calls. Works well for them.
