Multiple forwards without using lic?

Is there a way to forward a number without creating an individual user and using a license?

Could you explain this in more detail? I've never used a route point.

Using a Route Point you can assign a user name, ext, DID, DNIS, Call Stack, Work schedule, and call forwarding destination either internal or external.
So you could setup an external user to have an extension with on/off hours and a call stack without needing a lic.

Be advised though you can only have a max of 300 Route Points in the system total, and every route point when called uses a media stream and you only have 254 of those per server.
