Conference Bridge - No licenses are available to complete this request

I have a 48 port Conference Bridge. We are trying to use it for the first time and I have invited 30 people to attend the call along with viewing the webinar. I could talk to everyone and see them in the "people" section. I shared my desktop and everyone had to click on the "show shared appliction". Only about 7 people could see my shared desktop. The rest of them received a dialog that said, "No licenses are available to complete this request". When you do a webinar, does a call take one port and the webinar take another port, so my 48 port bridge can only handle 24 people?

Nevermind...I rebooted the conference bridge and everything seems to work now. I had everyone talking and viewing the webinar all at once. Works great!
