Page Group member not disconnecting
On a Rel. 8 ShoreTel System, has anyone experienced a Telephone not disconnecting after a 'page'.
I have a Page Group set-up with the Overhead and 4 additional sets.
Of course, intermittently, one of the phones will not disconnect after page, thus locking up the paging system until it is found and manually hung-up.
Any ideas or suggestions would be welcomed...Thanks
