Does the ShoreTel server 'talk' to ShoreTel?

I was wondering if the ShoreTel server periodically talks to ShoreTel.

LOL. We've never seen anything to indicate that it does outside of the license key request that it sends via the webpage...

I run my shoretel server on an internal network, with no way to communicate out. (mainly because we don't want communication from the outside world coming in!)

Haven't had a problem in the last 3 years. However, when its time to pay our maintenance fee, I need to print out a copy of our licensing page, and fax it to them..

The only time the ST Server will communicate with ShoreTel (the company) is during registration and you sending in the System info for the Licensing
