I was looking at the latest build of Shoretel and found the following defect that was fixed in ShoreTel 7.5 build 12.14.1806.0:
1-23800921 Able to pickup active voice mail calls from the voice mail server
Does anyone know what this does? When I first read it I thought you could pickup active voicemail calls while a user is leaving a voicemail, but I have not ever seen or heard of that in Shoretel. I'm assuming this is something different.
