  • Workgroup Reports timeout

    When trying to run the following two reports against our "Archive" database, the reports just timeout.

    workgroup agent summary report
    Workgroup agent detail

    All reports run fine against the "Main" database and the other canned Shoretel reports just fine against the "Archive" database. Only the two listed reports seem to have a problem with this "Archive" database.

    The databse isn't that large, only spanning about a year and two months worth of data.

    Please let me know if anyone has a resolution for this problem. The manager of our Call Center is hounding me for them.

    I would try to do a compact and repair on the CDR database. It usually helps

      Sorry. Should have posted my version. We are running ShoreTel 7. Build Release: 12.6.2301.0.

        When you say Archive
        Are you referring to the old access MDB?

        Or are you referring to the MySQL DB?

        One thing I would recomment is to get the latest GA of ST 7 and off the 2301 build

          We are trying to run the reports off the MySQL DB.

          We have recently upgraded to version 7.5 build 12.14.8701.0, ShoreTel's recomendation to resolve the issue. Problem still exists.

          We even did a compact and repair last night on the Shoreware.mdb per their instruction and problem still exists.

          Anyone know anything else we can try.

            The shoreware.mdb has nothing to do with CDR

            Did you import the older cdr.mdb files into your Sql data as described in the Server release notes?

            What did Shoretel recommend?

            You state you upgraded to the 7.5 build? from what Version?

            Here are a few probabilities
            1. You did not import the archived(CDR).mdb files after the upgrade to st7.x
            2. Your running the wrong reports (from Start > Programs > Shoretel > Legacy Reports) all not usable
            3. Are these custom reports or ShoreTel Supplied (Default)
