Customise ShoreTel lady's message

Hi all,

We are in Australia and the ShoreTel lady always says "Please press POUND for additional options". In Australia, the # sign is often called HASH.

Is there a way that we can change this?

Is this in the VM prompts? or somewhere else? If the audio file is on the server, it probably can be changed...but if it's on the switch.....forget it.

The "Shoretel Lady" is Connie over at Worldly Voices. She's reasonably priced too.

If you set your language to UK English it will say "hash" as that's how they do it in England as well.
