We have several employees set up in our Outlook address book for one of our clients and each of those employees has the same phone number set up in their contact record.

When someone from that company calls, the caller ID info being displayed is from the first person listed alphabetically from the Outlook address book with that number instead of that Company's name. We have the company set up in the System Directory which is what we would like it to display on incoming calls.

Is there a way to set the order of where the Shoretel system looks to find caller ID info? We'd either like the system to display the caller ID info sent with the call or display the matching information from the System Directory instead of searching the individual Outlook address book to find a matching contact on incoming calls.

We are on 7.5.
