    I've had so many 'compliments' and 'thanks' from users, that I'm getting used to it. It's still makes me feel good though!

    I had a CEO that stopped me in the hallway while I was finishing final details, and he said:
    "I think I know the problem....with the old Cisco system, we used this much (uses hand gesture to indicate small box) and with this system, we are using this much (uses hand gesture to indicate large box)"...in reference to the time it was taking to configure their special requests.

    Of course, they were happy to see the Cisco system go.

    We just finished up a ShoreTel installation and end-user training yesterday, and one of the users came up to us afterward and told us "This is cool, I'm actually excited to use my phone now!"

    What are some interesting/good comments or feedback you guys have gotten from your customers about the ShoreTel system?
