I have been getting a number of complaints on the quality of the mic to the far end not be able to hear them talk or it always sounds like they are in a tunnel when using the speaker phone mic. Has anyone else been receiving the same complaint? I have tried to go into the config files and adjust mic sensitivity and adjusting the codec with no success.

What codec are you set to under call control -> options (in Director)?
