      As you probably noticed, the Shoretel Partner site has been updated AGAIN. Found this though:

        ShoreTel SAT Scores

        You'll have to sign in to the Partner Site. Click on "Customer Sat". Then you must "sign in" again. Apparently, the main officer of your company must send an approval email to Kim Winters at ShoreTel to give you the rights to access the Customer Sat area which then you must muddle your way through to try to figure out what exactly you're looking for.

        ShoreTel did an online class for this a couple of months back that was somewhat helpful.

        As a side point, the SAT score that is shown is only the compiled score for those customers interviewed that said it was fine to share the information with the ShoreTel Partner. If a customer didn't give permission to share the information then the SAT score in the web based site isn't entirely accurate and you'll have to go direct to ShoreTel to get that information.

        All that said, if they've changed it since then, my appologies and I hope someone will correct and enlighten me if that's the case. I have a few notes from the class and am happy to do some muddling with you if you think it would help.

          Sort of a drag that I can login ot partner site, but when going to the stats link, I have to request access for that. Oh well I guess it will take me a day or so to see that stats page.
