When I enrolled for the installer class a couple of weeks ago, I chose to pay by submitting a purchase order. Then I received a confirmation e-mail indicating that the purchase order had to be submitted by our reseller via QMS - (Quota Management System). Apparently, our rep from our reseller has never done this before. I called Shoretel myself to find out how to proceed, and I was transferred to someone's voice mail. Needless to say, they never called me back. Does anyone know of a different avenue I can take? I'm really getting down to the wire now and need to book a flight. Thank you in advance for your help.
