  • Preventing users from calling 411

    Hi, is there a way to prevent users from dialing information (411)? I added 1/411 to the restictions field in Class of Service but I can still call 411.

    Add a site plan override string: <411>xxx+18004664411G to the current site under Custom / Edit to dial Google 411, or, if you really just want to stop them, instead of Google's number, put in your DID, then you can ask they why they are dialing 411.
