Is anybody here good with Windows Sharepoint Service 3.0? (not MOSS)

I have created a custom list that will contain information about products.
I would like to include a picture of the product on each item in the list.
I have added a hyperlink column to the list and put a link to an image of the product stored in an image library on the same site.
I have configured the hyperlink column to display as a picture.

The problem I have is that the image is huge and doesnt fit on the screen very well. I know that I could scale the image to the appropriate size before I uploaded it to the image library, but I would like to keep the large size image for other purposes and avoid having to put multiple copies of the same image in different sizes.

I have Sharepoint Designer 2007 and I could edit the Dispform.aspx within the list but I am not sure what to change on this file.
