  • Call Manager reading Unassigned

    My call manager keeps saying that it is unassigned where it should read primary phone or home. I am not using a shoretel phone. This causes my caller id to be seen as unknown. Any ideas why my call manager isn't working?

      are you currently using the office anywhere feature of shoretel?

        Currently experiencing the same issue. However, If I completely close down the PCM and re-open, it comes up with the normal "Primary" status. But I don't want to do that every time the user restarts their system. ShoreTel says its a WAN issue, but every user around her has no issues, and they're on the same subnet/WAN.
