  • Shoretel mobile integration

    Hi,

Looking for real world experiences of integrating mobiles into Shoretel Single Number.

The documentation from Shoretel seems very over complicated.

Essentially, I want a mobile advise to be an extension of the PBX and to have some PBX features which I believe the Shoretel Mobile Client can achieve - but whilst we have Blackberry devices, we do not run BES.

Does anyone have any real world documentation and the 'doos' and 'donts'

    Any help gratefully received.

    Hippo

Nah, not hard at all, just make sure you set up the reverse proxy (apache) and open the correct holes on your firewall.
