  • Caller ID Forwarding

    Hi,

Just wondering if there is a way to forward the caller ID info to cell phones, when you forward calls to it.

    Thanks,
    Nate

That is technically possible but there are several catches. First you have to be using either a PRI or SIP trunks for your trunking. Second your service must support you pushing out CLID (most PRI's do, many SIP providers don't), Third they must allow you to push numbers that are not associated with the circuit that you are pushing them on (some do and some don't) and finally there are check boxes under both office anywhere and find me to enable this from 8.1 going forward I believe.
