  • 2 phones for one extension

Not sure where to put this.

I was wondering how to assign one extension to two phones and make them ring simultaneously (not to where one rings after the other). Thanks!

Well, as Dr_Klahn states you could make the extension a Hunt Group and then put the phones into the HG. Normally then you burn a mailbox only to be the MB of that user and forward the HG to the MB. If you put a dial MB button on any phones in the HG they can then have a message waiting indicator. You could also do this by having a primary phone set up normal and then put monitor extension buttons on every other phone that they need to be able to pick up calls from.
