  • Adding a station -- Partner support

    Customer's partner care expires 4/1/2010. Need to change a station from analog to IP. Trying to order set.
    QMS will not let me order a set unless we add A FULL YEAR OF PM to the order for that one set.
    Anyone else encountering this?

    yes i have ran into this also. you have to add Support as a line item and it will pro rate it from now until the expiration date of the current contract if that makes sense. so you have to add it in but it will only calculate from the order date to the expiration date of the contract.

      Actually that is what we expected, It ain't what happened. All of the inside sales types were at training, so there was no one to discuss it with. They "corrected" it this AM but it still charged us for the FULL year before we could place the order.
