Traveling with the ShoreTel Rolling Demo Kit

Have any of you traveled with your ShoreTel demo kit by plane? If so, was it easy to check? Did you experience any issues (ie. broken parts)?

I'm looking for ways to get a demo kit from point a to b without driving. Is shipping a better option?

Please share your experiences.

How far does it have to go? I've never shipped it, but I do know that Greyhound is cheaper than sending it by plane...(Usually)
