  • Shoretel as a Secondary Voicemail Server

Okay, I know i've posted before a crap layout of how we want to lay our network out.

Before, it was installing the Shoretel System at our Clients location, now we're going to host it, as well as the PBX we we have in place for them. Now for more background. Any ideas on how to make Shoretel the secondary system in our network? We've already got Callegra UC in place with Cisco Call Manager, but a company wants to be tied into our voice network using Cisco, but doesnt like Callegra's features and has fallen in love with Shoretel, The only problem is, we're already using SMDI for Callegra to Call Manager, Anyone got any info on how we can turn this around and make it work?
