  • NEC Help In Phoenix?

    Hello all,

    I have a customer who has an NEC in Phoenix (near the airport) who is looking for an honest NEC programmer to help with their system. I've had this customer for many years and they're looking to me for assistance in finding a reliable vendor.

    My company does Nortel and ShoreTel so we can't really help them with the NEC in Phoenix.

    They want to stop using their current vendor. They feel they're not being honest with them and over-charging for services. Their voicemail is down and they need assistance.

    I can't help Geographically speaking, but there are a couple of different NEC systems. Any idea which one they have?

      NEC voicemail issues is what forced us to move to Shoretel.

        NEC Help

        I have several years of NEC experience as well as other Tech's at my company.
        We have Several offices we are not directly in phoenix though. I would be willing to give advice but i would have to check with my boss before saying we could send on site help.
