The display on some of our Shoretel 565's goes completely Black (not dim) even though they are set to only go off from 7pm to 7am. If we touch the display, it comes back on. Any ideas?

Is it possible for set displays to go black at a certain time?
Is it possible for the phones to overheat and the display turns off?
Over the weekend, we had 4 user's that had black screens. The phones still worked, but the display on the phones didn't. Disconnecting and rebooting the phones didn't seem to help.
I tested all the bad phones about 2 hours after they were disconnected, and every one of them had a working screen. Each phone came from a different floor, which ment each one was connected to a different Cisco POE switch, so I don't think it was switch power related.
Anyone else have any idea's?
