    Hi everyone!
    I'm new to and I thought I'd introduce myself. I work for a ShoreTel partner in the DC Metro Area.

    My company has been in telecom for years but we're fresh on the ShoreTel street. Its going well so far but we still have lots to learn.

    I'm an engineer on both the sales and service side so I'll be working full cycle with the products. So far I've got certs in Installer, Basic Sales, Advanced Sales, and Demo Skills. I'm working on getting Engineer scheduled and waiting for a System Design class to open up.

    I'm sure I'll be asking lots of questions here and hopefully I'll answer a few while I'm poking around!

    Welcome. You should find answers to all the odd questions here. Between ShoretelForums, and Shoretel's knowledgebase, you can get most questions answered without calling support.
