Need some info on this system as to why not to use it. We are trying to win these health clinics. They can do each clinic for 2700 install with 10 phones. How does shoretel Win? how can i shoot some holes in this deal?

First it is a Vertical product. Read the reports on Vertical. Their stock flucuates between .01 and .02 cents daily.
It is made in a joint venture by LG and NORTEL. That says right much.
Vertical has made a concerted effort to push this product through low voltage suppliers(read alarm guys.)
No provision for PRI. Only connections are WAN and POTS lines.
Who is going to support it? Are upgrades free? Look at the quality of the sets - are they proposing VODAVI or Comdial sets?
