We're a ShoreTel distributor in NC & would like some references to promote our product.
Can someone chat with me about the following industries that ShoreTel excels in, such as, education, manufacturing, biotech, financial, government?

Also, is there a site that one could reference for assistance with multi-site installations? I could use some help on the system design checklist, etc.
