How do I include pictures like that?

Well, I own the site, so I'm hosting the pictures, but you can upload them too.

When you are replying, hit 'Go Advanced'. It will give you more options. One of them is 'Manage attachments'. Click it and follow the steps. It will upload the pics from your computer.

If the pictures are hosted somewhere already, you need to use image tags in your message

To include a picture or graphic within the body of your message, you can simply surround the address of the image as shown here:
      [img]http://www.easyracers.com/vbb/../images/DeltaPark2002_small.jpg[/img]
Note that the http:// part of the image URL is required for the [img] code.
You can even create a thumbnail-type hyperlink by surrounding your [img] code with a [url] code like this:Charles

Wine tasting, diving (scuba), white water rafting, skydiving (new for this year, woohoo!) and as much traveling as possible. Although my MBA program has really been chewing up a tremendous amount of time... :\
