  • Tapi Version?

Does any one know which TAPI version is supposed on 7.5 or 8.1? We are developing a wallboard application for real time monitoring. It turns out that TAPI 2.0 does not support agents, and need to use at least TAPI 2.2.

I don't think ShoreTel ever implemented support for the Agent / Group API's in TAPI.

This is what we ran into. We developed wallboards and monitoring solutions for Cisco (with their CTIOS) and for Simens (TAPI 2.2), and when we decided to test Shoretel, we ran into this problem. Agents are not supported.
Does anyone know if maybe the new 8.1 version supports TAPI 2.2?

I just installed the 8.1 version. Same results. No Agents support. Is there anyone to confirm that Shoretel is not implementing standards, and pretty much is doing things on their own?
