  • Just thought I'd ask!

    Is any one else finding that getting information about the three levels of certification is difficult? How to get there?

    There are few if any classes to get us to the levels needed and none on the horizon. Going to be hard to finish the quarter with the asked for bang if we are running around taking care of this at the last moment.

    It was said to test out- but no one can give an answer of how and where.

    Any one else have comments? Or guidance?:scared:

    Go to and click on training. Once you log into lms on the second page it has the certifications and shows the class and test you take.

      Thank you for that answer. I assume your are talking about the "scorecard." That shows what is necessary. What it does not address is how.

      I am I&M certified - they say not. Have the diploma on the wall. One answer is "that is only for ST7, you need to be certified for ST8." Great, how do you test out for it?

      Advanced Sales - no classes scheduled in reasonable proximity to us.

      The most frustrating is that I have emailed training three times and have left six voice mails that have not been answered.
