I have lost two bids on Car Dealerships in the past two weeks and I think I am about to lose a third in the next week to the Cisco/Reynolds & Reynolds integration. Has anyone seen or heard of anyway that I can fight this?

Contact Mark Hertel ([email protected]). He will be able to help you with this. Evidently Reynolds is leaving the integration business (with Cisco). Shoretel beat's Cisco with car dealerships quite frequently here in California.

Professional Services integration is also an option for tie in with Reynolds (we might possibly do this with one of our dealerships).
