  • Link to City of Dallas' problems with Cisco VoIP

I remember seeing a link to an article about the complete failure on Cisco's part to install a Cisco VoIP solution that resulted in a forklift of Call Manager and the firing of their IT director. Does anyone know a link to any article like that? I would like ot grab it.

If they forklifted out the Cisco solution, what did they replace it with?

        Thanks for the link.

        Neiby,

I am not sure what the replaced with with, but I heard rumors it may have been Asterisk so they could keep the phones, but I could be wrong.
