  • Suggestion--dial from directory search by pressing "enter"

    When you search the directory in Call Manager it would be nice to be able to dial the first entry found, merely by pressing "enter" rather than clicking on that entry.

    Use the quick dial box at the top instead. Press the Down arrow once. Press Enter.

      In version 7.5 you could just press enter, it changed at some point between that release and 9.2 because we can no longer dial without using the arrow keys. Simple enough but several users complained about the change.
