  • outlook 2010

    When using Shoretel Ver 10 call managers that have outlook intergration on using windows 7 and outlook 2010 it causes outlook to hang when shutting down or rebooting the machine. does anyone have a fix?

    I expect you will need to wait for support of Office 2010 in a future release of ShoreTel software.

      Agent.exe appears to be the culprit causing the issue. If you close PCM first, that will usually help. Otherwise go to task manager and kill it. Not perfect, but not supported yet either.
