  • Cannot connect to server

    I am having some problems with installing call manager. Everytime I try to login to call manager when installing this on an employees computer, I get a message that says the server cannot connect. And I have already installed this on some other computers. Any suggestions?? I don't have any firewalls and spyware/virus protection running so thats not blocking it. Any ideas?

    Well, I dont see how this could be a bug or suggestion for the forum...

    But, try using the DNS name rather than the IP address, or vice versa.

    Can you ping the server from the computer?
