  • Shorephone Shoretel115 Issues

    Hi.

    I'm kind of new using this technology. I have 3 ip phones shoretel115. The problem is that when a plugged into the network, they freezes up and the mute LED stays on. I can't do anything after that.

    Any help would be appreciated
