Does Shoretel support this forum?

Just curious if Shoretel the company supports or contributes to this forum? Anyone know?

Support? Not exactly (at least not financially ). Contribute? Some (once again, not financially). Those that do contribute from Shoretel don't use there real names, they like to post anonymously (SE's, etc).

Does Shoretel actually read the posts here is a good question. The answer to this is YES, they do actively peruse the board quite often, From Marketing to Engineering to Sales Engineers. People that have had issues with Shoretel (the company) have been contacted after posting here with issues (albeit this is a very rare occasion, that is, people having issues with Shoretel as a company).

Makes me wonder what would happen if I ever sold this site... hmmmm
