  • Lunch Hour

    What would you suggest as the way to send lunch hour traffic offsite M-F excluding holidays? Custom or Additional "On-Hours Schedule"?

    Custom schedule, or chain two AAs. Either way will work fine.

      We used the on-hours schedule and edited the hours; first 8:00 to 12:00, second 1:00 to 5:00. When not during "on-hours" our calls are fowarded to a call answering service. Ken
