What is better than Shoretel?

In my opinion, there is no other system that is better than Shoretel. When you learn to manage the system properly, you can cut your partner loose and confidently keep it running at five 9's of reliability ore more.
Just curious, what kind of system did you install over there anyway? Was is a Avaya, Nortel, or something else?
