Hiring ShoreTel proficient

Today marks 6 months since I posted looking for a ShoreTel certified employee.

To my surprise -- not a single response. Anyone know someone willing to come to central Virginia? Small company, plenty of room to grow and some ownership is a quick possibility.

We'd be willing to jump through a few hoops to get the right good person. Our local ads gets all the guys laid off by VERIZON because they are goof balls to start with.

Tell your brother in law about us and get him out of your hair!

Vance,
Not that I'm interested relocating to central Virgina now. Currently living in San Jose, ~15 mins from Shoretel. Just curious about the climate and housing situation in your neck of the wood? does it get cold or snow? how cold does it get? how's the housing cost there? is there a lot of open country for outdoor activity?

Central Virginia is wonderful. 1 and a half to the beach or the mountains. Lots of rivers and out doors.
Great fishing and hunting. Deer stacked up everywhere.
Climate is strange. If you don't like it, it will change in an hour or so.

Housing is in a surplus situation. In my neighborhood it runs from $200K to $350K. I'd say that is about average. That is for 6 or 7 rooms and a big yard and grass to cut.

Great telephone company here looking for folks to come to work as well.

I would so love to live near mountains. I've been in the flatlands too long. Unfortunatly, other commitments kepp me here.

I think i sent you an email awhile ago about your opening. I do not know that I "want" to move, but I am interested in some new views.
