I have been working on the ShoreTel system since 2002. As stated, I am a certified engineer. I am currently starting my own company, and would love to assist either customers or other companies with their ShoreTel systems. Please email me if you have work that needs to be done. Unless your in my area, I will obviously need a remote connection to your server, but that is easy enough.
