We have some doctors that like to do their dictations over the phone into our voicemail system.
It would be great if user's could pause while in the middle of recording a voicemail... or at least let the Call Manager pause during the middle of a recording. It can pause while playing, but not while recording. |

I am in complete agreement with this request. I'm setting up our system to do the exact same thing. The main reason I want it is that the dictations will be occuring remotely - say in the car. So, the need for a pause key sequence is even more important. It seems like it should be fairly straight-forward to implement for ShoreTel....hopefully.
