Auto attendant problem

Hello,

Need help!!!
We switched our San Francisco phone number service provider from Covad to Paetec. Paetec ported the San Francisco number to our Long Beach PRI and was tested that day. However when we call our San Francisco office, it will goes to our Long Beach warehouse auto attendant. Auto-Attendant setting in ShoreTel ShoreWare Director seems to be right.
Does anybody know what's wrong with it or how to fix it?

I think you are in the wrong forum. Try one of the ShoreTel forums. Maybe the administrators one? Administrators - ShoreTel Forums
