I have a client using Dial Lists. However, I am seeing some very strange behavior with the Dial List.
I have the Dial List programmed to run a Call Control Script prior to transferring to the Agent. When the Dial List calls a target #, and the target person hangs up while the script is running (playing a WAV file to the target), the Dial List will just call the target back incessantly.
I have set the Customer Disconnect in IVR flag to Stop in both the Dial List and in Entities - System - Outbound. I have set the retries to 1. I have modified my input SQL query to only import a target 3 once.
It's all very weird behavior.
Any imput would be greatly appreciated.
