Funniest thing you have heard from shoretel enterprise support/techs

I once heard a tech guy on the phone say "i have to wash my backside" BUTT, i think he was talking about his car.

Maybe not the funniest but a good one that a ShoreTel tech told me was that I shouldn't get information from the Forums

I told them it was better than the info that they had given me so far, which was nothing.

As an end user responsible for supporting the system day to day, I find that attitude from ShoreTel so NOT helpful.
