Just finished the 3 day advanced with Bill. Great guy and trainer..
Wasn't that thrilled with the changes in the curriculm though. An entire day of ringtones and wallpaper for an advanced class is a little to much..

I was in this class as well - can't say the material was what I expected, but Bill IS a great guy.

I had Todd for the Installer training last October and thoroughly enjoyed his training. He'd be my first pick, but yes, Bill is a great guy too.

I trained with Tim Cairo back in 2006 and I'd definitely recommend him. I got a 97 on the Certified Installer Exam despite never having any contact with a ShoreTel system before attending the course, so I'd say he does a thorough job.

I had Tim Cairo as a trainer for v7.5 in Dec. 07'. He did an excellent job and he is very knowledgeable of the product.

I had Bill Ogden Jan 2009 for the Installer training, made it interesting, fun and easy. Best training I have been on, he knows his stuff!

Tim taught my class and did a very good job. I had Todd for a class at Siemens a few years back. Top notch!

I had Bill Ogden back to back for the Installer and Engineer classes in August.

Great guy; truly knows his way around, and was very good at putting us at ease to make the training enjoyable.

He gets my vote!

Had training with Bill O. "Works well, lasts a long time." He made training fun and got to the point, passed my exam first time around...nuff said!
