Calls to Fwd to Cell or Office Anywhere - Verizon

Has anyone had problems getting calls on a Verizon cell phone when using FWD with Out of Office or Office Anywhere? Even with find me, I don't get the chance to press 1. If I turn that press 1 feature off it still doesn't work.

My coworker who has AT&T seems to not have an issue but he doesn't forward calls as much as I do.

I contacted Verizon and of course they say the phone and service is fine on their end.

I use Verizon and it works fine for me. Try increasing the amount of rings to your cell phone.

That seems to do the trick. So far no drops.
